Please note that requests after this date will still be processed but your accommodation can not be guaranteed due to the unavailability of the congress hotels at this date. To avoid any inconveniences we recommend you to make your reservation at an earlier stage.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
HOTEL reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of your reservation form along with your hotel payment (in full) to the Congress Secretariat.
All the cancellations and changes of hotel reservations must be sent to the Congress Secretariat in written form.
Refund policy for the hotel reservations is as follows:
Within December 12^th 2008 : The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 10% administrative charges.
December 13^th 2008 – February 13^th 2009 : The paid amount will be refunded with a penalty of 1 night accommodation fee.
February 13^th – April 17^th 2009 : The paid amount will be refunded with a penalty of 2 nights accommodation fee.
Within/After April 18^th 2009 : The amount of full stay will be forfeited and no refund will be available.

All refunds will be processed after the ISPRM 2009 Meeting. Please send your exact bank account details in your written cancellation application. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.

Methods of Payment
Payments are to be made in EUROs.
Payments can be made using one of the methods stated below.

1) On-Line Registration:
Upon providing your personal and accommodation details, you will be required a valid credit card which the fess will be debited.

!!! Advance registration period ended. New participants can make their registrations on-site.

2) Wire (Bank) Transfer:
The wire transfer should be exclusive of bank or any other charges. Please make sure to indicate participant’s name and all below details during transfer. A copy of the transaction statement should be faxed to TeamCon Congress Services Worldwide with registration form to +90 212 343 80 23

Please do not forget to bring a copy of the bank transaction statement as the proof of your payment.

Please fill out the required fields in the Registration & Accommodation Reservation Form, supply your credit card details and send the form to the Congress Secretariat. Upon receipt of your form, registration amount will be debited from your credit card.

Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form after receipt of registration, accommodation details and payment.
Confirmations for online registration will be sent instantly while written registrations should be allowed business days for the process.
Registration applications and payments sent after May 20^th, 2009 may not be confirmed in written form since the advance registration will be closed after this date.
